Venue Features

The wedding ceremony is held on a peninsula that has a river running around the seating area. You enter the ceremony via the covered bridge. we do offer a shuttle service to the ceremony point to any guests that are not able to use the ceremony stairs. We also have a covered secondary ceremony site in case of inclement weather that overlooks the river.

Guests will enter the wedding ceremony by walking down the steps and over our beautiful 60 foot covered bridge that stretches over the Tobacco River below. We also have a covered secondary ceremony site in case of inclement weather that overlooks the river.

On the day of the wedding, the bridal party will have access to the house to prep for the wedding. The house if fully equipped to bring hair and makeup on site to get ready for the ceremony.

We provide two different wagons onsite. One is a gift wagon for guests to drop gifts and cards off as they arrive to the venue. The second is an hors d’oeuvre wagon that is able to be moved around the yard as needed.” This picture will need to be changed as well. Will send to you to update.

We have a fire pit area for your guests to enjoy an evening fire, roast marshmallows, make a s’more and relax after dinner. We supply the wood and keep the fire going through the night!

In the case of inclement weather, we have another covered ceremony site attached to the end of the barn that overlooks the river.

We have a beautiful outdoor patio overlooking the river for guests to enjoy throughout the evening.

Guests can enjoy the beautiful views and scenery behind the barn that overlooks 200 acres of open country. We also have a walking path available to guests through the field that provides ample picture opportunities.

The amazing sunset off the back deck of the barn is a nice ending to a beautiful wedding.

The head table can seat up to 20 wedding party members and is located in the center of the barn on a raised platform.

The bar is located inside the barn and is available for use on the wedding day following the ceremony. It is equipped with 2 keg taps, CO2 that we provide to you, as well as other bar supplies. There is also a commercial refrigerator available for bar convenience.

All tables and chairs are included with the venue as well as setup. The beautiful barn holds up to 300 guests, this includes your wedding party.

we provide a customized, stationary dessert table for you to decorate and display your desserts. We do have additional decorations available on site for you to use as well.

We have a large dance floor located in the center of the barn. DJ setup is right in front of the dance floor and they have separate power available to them to ensure there are no issues to your reception.

Your guests will be able to enjoy the beautiful views from our covered deck off the back of the barn. This also provides additional space for guests to enjoy during the reception.
